Delete your Ketska account
Ketska never asks for your name, e-mail or phone number. Your account is an anonymous identity — here is how to get rid of it, whichever situation you are in.
I still have the app
Open Ketska → tap your avatar in the top bar → Account → Delete account. That removes the account and all its data from our servers immediately, and from your phone.
I no longer have the app, but I had linked Google or Apple
Sign in once so we know which account is yours; the sign-in itself is not kept. We then show you the nickname of the account and ask you to confirm before anything is deleted.
This login belongs to the Ketska account . Deleting it removes the account and everything tied to it from our servers. This cannot be undone.
I no longer have the app and nothing was linked
E-mail [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Ketska account" and your nickname. We delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- identity keys, sign-in links, session and nickname reservation,
- profile (nickname, avatar), friends, blocks, channel memberships, reputation,
- push token and IP address records,
- your posts (kets), replies, votes and the attached photos and voice notes.
Anonymous analytics already collected cannot be attributed to you and is not affected. Details in the Privacy Policy.
